Spring: The Sarvis Blooms

Our oldest sarvis is in bloom. The younger ones are starting to show, but haven’t come yet. It’s all about soil temperature, and in some regions, it’s taken as a sign that it’s time to plant. Here, there’s often a freeze after the sarvis blooms. It doesn’t seem to hurt the sarvis, but it is pretty hard on some of the things that come right after the sarvis.
