Legislative Wrap Up From The Georgia Conservancy

So, as we old Georgia hands like to say, “No one is safe when the legislature is in session.”

That’s a hoary old adage that was surely confirmed this session, as an unprecedented attack on voting rights took place, including destroying the previous bi-partisan election boards, where each party nominated two candidates from their own party, and a fifth member was then elected, who was usually the county election official, who was of course of the dominant party in the county.

So, here’s the Georgia Conservancy’s report on what damage they did to the environment.
