Fire & Ice Schedule

Here’s the schedule for the Fire & Ice Festival from the Blue Ridge Business Association’s website. It looks like Kyle Vincent is replacing the Buckner Brothers, who have played at the last few festivals, as the musical offering.

Things To Do:

  • Chili tasting and voting on the “Peoples Choice”
  • Romantic horse drawn carriage ride
  • Kids Zone
  • Wander around town looking for your favorite Ice Sculpture
  • Have a beer or glass of wine
  • Take a load off your feet and spend a little time inside the “Big Tent” to listen to a little music.

EVENT FEES AND SCHEDULE:

  • Contestants begin cooking at 8:30 am
  • Judging starts at noon
  • Event is open to the public from noon to 4 pm
  • Chili tasting is from Noon to 2:00 pm
  • Awards ceremony begins at 3 pm
  • Live music from noon to 4 pm  –  Kyle Vincent
  • Tasting Cards are $10 – Taste each of the competitors and vote for People’s Choice Award.  (noon-2pm only)
  • Chili and food tickets are $1 each and can be purchased in blocks of 5
  • Beer and Wine tickets are $5

      • Monday Night Cinnamon Coco
      • Jail House Misdemeanor
      • Fannin brewing Hiawassee Gold
