Feels Like Spring

Yesterday was a beautiful, warm day that felt like spring. It was 67.6 at the weather station at Merciers Orchards, and nearly as warm on the porch. We’re headed into what is forecast as a rainy spell – it’s about 50 at 9:00 AM with drizzle – and it feels like a spring rain. There’s a definite sense that the season has turned, although I don’t doubt it will bounce back between cold and warm a few times before spring is really here.
