The temperature went from about 60 yesterday afternoon to about 30 this morning, and there’s a chilly wind. We even had a light dusting of snow when the front came through.
The Fire & Ice Festival is February 18th in downtown Blue Ridge. It’s a chili cook off with ice sculptures that was designed to break the winter tedium, and has become quite popular. Here’s the official announcement and poster.
