Destroying the 100 Year Old Migratory Bird Treaty, EPA Allows Cities to Dump More Raw Sewage into Rivers for Years to Come

Both the Washington Post and the New York Times have paywalls, but allow you to read a certain number of stories. I’m currently paying $15 a month for the NYT and $10 for the WP.
