Crab Apples, Some Dogwood, Yellow-billed Cuckoo

Our crabapples are in bloom, and some dogwoods are there, or almost there. We had a little rain today, maybe a little less than a quarter inch, and that should help matters. This is the time of year to look for morels, but I haven’t seen any yet. We thought we saw a cuckoo this morning. It’s early by historic standards by a few weeks, but with the global warming that we all know is a fraud, it’s probably right on schedule.
